With more than 25 years experience in outpatient rehabilitation, home care and hospice, I have seen the quality of life one achieves by living well in the safety and comfort of one’s home.  My medical background in physical therapy brings a unique problem-solving perspective when working with clients and assessing their physical needs.  I know  that completing a detailed accessibility assessment of each person in their home to determine their specific needs must be done to provide practical and safe solutions. Ensuring clear communication with caregivers, family members and/or contractors is also imperative to meeting one’s goals.
